Leave the diamonds- we will cut these later. Turn the page over, and score on the back of the card along the line that runs through the middle of the diamonds at each end of the cracker.
Turn the page back over and score the remaining vertical lines excluding the line through the middle of the diamonds.
Fold along each horizontal line that you just scored. This is the best time to cut out the diamonds, because folding it makes it easy to access with the scissors. Once everything is cut out, fold along the remaining scored lines. Make sure the fold in the middle of the diamonds goes the other way.
Add some glue along the 3 small tabs at the top of the cracker template. Roll your cracker and glue the tabs to the back of the opposite side to create a cylinder-like shape. Have you tried ebay at all? Where can i find the cracker bangs? They are much cheaper than anywhere else. I paid just over pound for Hi Kate! Love the blog! I love the clean look. I made mine with the cracker inside and used a perforating wheel thing to make sure they come apart. I covered the perforation with a strip of paper from an old book. I also put cute little personalised gifts inside! I hope my family like them.
