Matthew and his team were brought into our project from the design stage. They hung in with us through a number of changes, and offered practical suggestions for the various designs we came up with. Frameless glass pool fencing is kept in place by solid and secure stainless steel spigots at the bottom of the panels, while semi-frameless glass pool fencing is secured by stainless steel posts and glass clamps.

We only use premium core drills - basically, the Rolls Royce of core drills. Generally, the only time there is an issue, it relates to the tiles having had insufficient glue applied during installation. We always recommend that grouting is completed prior to drilling, as this limits the possibility of breakages.
Yes, depending on your deck construction. If so, this will be noted as an inclusion in your quote. If your builder is constructing a new deck, we can discuss the requirements with them to ensure such works are completed prior the deck being finished. All our base plates are fixed down with four M10 x 75mm SS coach screws.
You bet. They were approachable and easy to talk to. Once finished there was not a trace of any mess left behind — which is very rare. The product is great and certainly improves the look and feel of our pool and backyard. The quality of the glass and care from the installers has left us really impressed with the product and the finished result. They were very helpful from the design stage right through to installation, and co-operated with the pool builder to ensure the whole process went smoothly.
